ValQ's Terms of Service
General information:
- Ordering art from me means you read and agreed with the information below.- I accept only the following types of commissions.- How do you know when commissions are open? Stay tuned for updates in my social media!- What I CAN draw: anthro, humans, feral (SFW only), erotic.- Ask me about fanarts, if you want one for personal use! I'm gladly draw you something from a fandom that I'm familiar with. SFW only!- What I CAN'T draw: fetishes, gore, extremely unnatural complexion, porn.- Text descriptions of the characters are permitted ONLY for ref sheets! For another types you need to have a reference of your character or just any other clear image.- I leave the right to not accept your commission without explaining the reason.
If you want to order art from me:
- Check out my price list and decide what type of commission you need. You can find it below!- Fill out the form (if it's open) or send me a note on my FA page with information about your choice, character’s reference and your wishes about drawing (emotions, pose, background, etc.). Try not to miss the details! It’s also desirable to specify the subject of the message (on FA or DA), depending on the type of commission.- When I agree to work on your idea, I'll tell you the exact price and send my Boosty or Hipolink page for payment.- Let me know if you want to print a picture for personal use! And don’t forget to specify the size of it. I’ll send you the required type of final image.- If the work must be completed by a certain date, please warn about it in advance.
About payment:
- All prices in USD.- 100% prepayment via Boosty (supports cards so far) or Hipolink (supports PayPal and cards).

- Payment must be made within 24 hours after I send you the exact price. If the payment needs to be delayed a little, please let me know about it!- NO refunds.
About process:
- After payment I'll add you to my queue, which you can find on my FurAffinity profile page or Trello.- You will receive WIP to make sure there are no mistakes. It can be single or multiple versions of a sketch, lineart with rough colors and final version.- If I present you several versions of the sketch and you need to choose one of them, I have the right to use the denied sketch/pose in future works.- If you'd like to make fixes in the process of work, please describe what to change in 1-2 short messages. Asking for fixes more than 3 times will cost $10 for each request. If I forgot some detail that you specified in your idea/reference, I'll add it at any stage for free.- Fixes are allowed within each process. For example, if you have agreed on a sketch, I'll not be able to edit the lineart according to the approved sketch. The finished artwork cannot be changed either.- The maximum waiting time: 3 months from prepayment. I usually finish work faster, but sometimes I need more time due to various occasion. Thank you so much for waiting!- I may experiment on the style with your piece.- At the end of the work I'll give you Google Drive link where you can download high res image.- Please credit me as author if you want to upload the finished work in your galleries!
